All glass has a natural green tinge, if you ever look at a piece of glass on the side, you will see a green colour from the side and although in your windows and shower screen this is not an issue, as soon as you apply colour onto the back of a glass it can change the colour you would like to achieve, for example if you would like to achieve a white splashback, by using the standard range glass you will find the colour will come out as a very light green appearance.
We use our standard range glass for most of our metallics and flat colours where the colour is not too light, we can get away with using this glass as our very talented painter can adjust the colour enough to make sure the green is counter acted with red, this will stop the green tinge coming through the glass. In order to achieve this, the colour chosen for the splashback has to be a medium to dark shade.
